Explore highlights from the MIT Libraries’ Department of Distinctive Collections Indie Tarot Collection. Distinctive Collections holds 400+ artist-made tarot decks. These contemporary tarot decks are spiritually and religiously diverse, and focus on radical feminist, POC, and queer themes. In this event, participants will have the opportunity to look through some decks from the collection and discover how different artists interpret the archetypes in tarot in radical ways, incorporating technology, feminism, environmentalism, and BIPOC and LGBTQIA perspectives.
