Ticket delivery methods
E-tickets
E-tickets will be emailed to you in 1-2 business days. You will receive an email with your tickets and links to make a timed reservation.
Event links
Event links to virtual events will be emailed to you close to the day of the event.
Apps
Tickets for Red Sox, Bruins, and Celtics games, as well as some other sports and theater events, are delivered via an app. Our MITAC team will email you when the tickets are available in the app.
MITAC does not issue refunds or exchanges. This also applies in the case of emailed codes. Please make sure you are buying the correct tickets you want (e.g., Museum of Science Exhibit Hall E-tickets vs. Museum of Science Planetarium E-tickets).
MITAC is not responsible for emailed e-tickets getting lost in your inbox (e.g., sent to spam by your filters, accidentally deleted, etc).
Physical tickets
In-person ticket pickup
Physical tickets for dateless events will be available for pickup at the MITAC Ticket Office within 1-2 business days after your order has been placed. You will be notified by email when tickets are available for pickup.
MITAC strongly urges those who reside in on-campus housing to pick up their tickets in person to avoid tickets being lost in dorm mailrooms. Tickets sent to dormitories have frequently been lost or delayed.

Ticket pickup or purchase is Tuesday-Friday, 12pm-4pm, in the Stata Lobby (Bldg. 32).
Lincoln Laboratory customers
Ticket pickup or purchase is Tuesday-Wednesday, 12pm-4pm, in A-109. (Must have Lincoln Laboratory security badge for access.)

We strongly urge those who reside in on-campus housing to pick up their tickets in person to avoid tickets being lost. Tickets sent to dormitories have frequently been lost or delayed.
Tickets for dated events will be sent approximately 1-2 weeks prior to the performance or game date.
