Taza Chocolate Factory Tour
This experience is intended for individuals the age of 10 and up due to the educational focus. Families with children under 10 years old are encouraged to visit them for their Kids Tour hosted at 10am on Saturdays and Sundays. Space is limited so we recommend reserving your spot in advance.
Indulge in a behind-the-scenes, guided tour of Taza Chocolate's manufacturing facility and chocolate making process. You will be able to sample chocolate, learn about cocoa beans and see the amazing machinery used to make traditional stone ground chocolate in this artisan bean-to-bar chocolate factory. The first half of the tour is a standing presentation followed by a guided walk to the chocolate-making rooms to discuss further Taza's bean-to-bar process! The tour is approximately one hour long.
MITAC ticket is valid anytime, no expiration date.
Please note: These tickets are only valid for use at any public tours at Taza. They are not valid when booking private tours or events with Taza.

In-person pickup
Physical tickets for dateless events will be available for pickup at the MITAC ticket office within 1-2 business days after your order has been placed. You will be notified by email when tickets are ready for pickup.
Home shipping
Please allow 7-10 days for your tickets to arrive. Tickets are shipped via US first-class mail only. There are currently no shipping fees. MITAC is not responsible for tickets lost in the mail. We strongly urge those who reside in on-campus housing to pick up their tickets in person to avoid tickets being lost. Tickets sent to dormitories have frequently been lost or delayed.
Tickets for dated events will be sent approximately 1-2 weeks prior to the performance or game date.
