View Boston
View Boston is a 360-observation deck located 750 feet up at the top of the iconic Prudential Building in downtown Boston. Three floors of the attraction include the indoor observation deck on the 52nd floor, the outdoor observation deck on the 51st floor and interactive exhibits on the 50th floor. The View Boston tickets through MITAC are Standard “Any-day” Entry tickets, which will allow you to visit the attraction during normal business hours (Sunday through Saturday, 10AM-10PM).
Please note the tickets are good for one visit (once scanned they cannot be used again).

In-person pickup
Physical tickets for dateless events will be available for pickup at the MITAC ticket office within 1-2 business days after your order has been placed. You will be notified by email when tickets are ready for pickup.
Home shipping
Please allow 7-10 days for your tickets to arrive. Tickets are shipped via US first-class mail only. There are currently no shipping fees. MITAC is not responsible for tickets lost in the mail. We strongly urge those who reside in on-campus housing to pick up their tickets in person to avoid tickets being lost. Tickets sent to dormitories have frequently been lost or delayed.
Tickets for dated events will be sent approximately 1-2 weeks prior to the performance or game date.
